Privacy Policy — Aria

Aria is a personal household automation assistant built and operated by Alex for private use by his own household only. It is not a public product and is not offered to other users.

What Aria accesses: Aria connects to a single Google account that the household owns, using Google Calendar and Gmail APIs, to manage the household’s shared calendar and send household-related emails (e.g. gift-idea reminders) on the household’s behalf.

What Aria does with this data: Calendar and email data is read and written only to support household scheduling and reminders. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. All data is processed and stored locally on infrastructure controlled by the household.

Data retention: Data stays under the household’s control indefinitely, for as long as the automation is in use, and is deleted if the household stops using the account for this purpose.
